In order to choose the best companies to be awarded, 2&rsquo;000 customers choose 500 companies and those companies are tested during a one year period. 250 tests are done to each company to rate the quality of services and the customer&rsquo;s behavior. They use \u00ab\u00a0mystery shopping\u00a0\u00bb techniques as well as telephone surveys.<\/p>\n<p>In 2012, the best awarded company was Apple with 988 points.
