We do not always travel 5*, hostels are becoming more and more popular not only among the youngest travelers but at nearly any age. «Generator» answers this demand and is creating urban designed hostels in very good locations in the main european cities.

The first one opened in Spain in Barcelona in the Gracia quarter. It offers 154 guest rooms (from 2 to 8 guests sharing) in the hostel floors and 40 guest rooms in the hotel upper floors with balconies or terraces offering panoramic views over the city. To design the project Anwar Mekhayech has hired local architects and artists to guarantee the look and feel of the area.

6500 square meters with lots of social spaces with organized events, fashion shops, concerts etc … Bar and snack bar are available as well as free Wi-Fi, 24 hour reception desk, laundry and travel agent.

In Spain their plan is to open another unit in Barcelona and probably Madrid, Seville and Valencia. For the moment they are open in Berlin (2 hostels), Copenhagen, Dublin, Hamburg, London and Venice.
