Room Mate Hotels just opened a new hotel in Amsterdam, Room Mate Aitana named after the Chairman’s daughter Aitana.

The hotel is located in a new modern crystal building in the artificial island of the IJ River in Amsterdam and just 500 meters away from the Central Station of the city. In front of the building is a marina for sport boats with 60 moorings.

It offers 283 guest rooms on 12 floors, each one of them with their own unique decoration. Tomás Alía, the famous spanish interior designer behind this project surprises us with colorful details, asymmetric forms and amazing lighting creating exquisite atmospheres.
