I think this is a great concept and it is located in the center of Ibiza, opening 12th June 2013, check it out!!!!

It’s a small boutique hotel offering 15 suites. The owner Ira Francis-Smith got inspired by the book «The Carlton Arms» about the Art Hotel of New-York. He decided to create is own art project disguised as a boutique hotel with a small budget so he asked 20 urban artists from Ibiza and all around the world to use the hotel walls as their own canvas and used recycled materials to lower the costs of refurbishment.

All the rooms are suites, they all offer a unique artist design, great furniture and all the amenities you would expect of a modern boutique hotel (international plug, Apple TV, free Wi-Fi, Maxi Bar, workstations etc …) Room Service is available 24 hours, you can choose from the StrEat restaurant or order from other partnered restaurants and eat in the comfort of your own room.

They have no pool, gym or spa but you can have access to the luxurious amenities of their partnered establishments. The concierge offers a wide range of services, night club access and bookings, flight check in, hangover menu etc …

Enjoy great location, within walking distance of the world heritage site of Dalt Vila, the best preserved Necropolis Punica in Europe, the port and much more. They offer valet parking service as well as drivers otherwise public transport & taxis are also available.
